Why I Chose Pediatrics

I always knew from a young age that I wanted to work with children in some capacity. My first job as a nurse was working in a NICU, and I loved getting to know the families and watching the babies grow. This is my favorite part of working in primary care, but now I get to watch babies turn into young adults! I feel so blessed to be a part of my patient's lives as they grow up, and I can honestly say that I love what I do every day!
